We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Team Lead who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the marketing team as well as participating as an active member of the marketing team for our project “Days After”.

Your mission:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing team;
  • Provide direct supervision of the marketing stuff which may include: recruitment, evaluations, and disciplinary actions;
  • Act as a mentor and provide oversight, coaching, and training to marketing staff;
  • On-board all new marketing team members;
  • Assist in the creation of the team KPIs as well as monitor and report on results;
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics;
  • Work to create any relevant support material for the team;
  • Provide a feedback loop to wider staff on resolved and in progress problems and incidents;
  • Review all marketing related processes and documentation for continuous improvement;
  • Development and implementation of marketing campaigns in order to stimulate product sales;
  • Marketing research (market and competitor analysis, audience surveys).
Your profile:
  • Cyprus or EU resident;
  • Work experience in a similar position at least 3 year. Experience in the gaming industry is required;
  • Knowledge of the features and trends in the development of the gaming industry is required;
  • KPI knowledge;
  • Strong communication skills and an open and friendly personality.
